The practice of yoga is about removing distractions that take you away from your true self.

If you would like to have something explained in more detail or have questions about which class is right for you, or if you are interested in a type of yoga that’s not on our schedule, please contact Megan at 262-767-1111.

Classes are listed in order of most relaxing to most physical.

Restorative

A meditative class providing an unhurried, safe atmosphere to relax completely. The antidote to stress is relaxation; restorative yoga is active relaxation.  Each pose is customized to your body with blankets and bolsters to encourage a deep opening. Props allow the body to remain comfortable for 5-15 minutes while focusing on calming breathing techniques.  As you mindfully release into the pose, Megan may assist each student to relax deeper with hands on energy healing. MEDITATIVE

Subtle Flow Gentle Yoga

This class is for everyone and offers a therapeutic form of movement. It is recommended to anyone who experiences chronic pain, illness, fatigue or would like to increase body awareness.
